What we publish
A bite is a short account of reporting by other outlets, with the publisher named and a link to the original. Those outlets keep their rights. DailyReport, published by Unit Labs (package observer.dailyreport.app), does not claim the underlying articles. This page is how a rightsholder asks us to review a bite. It is also the notice contact for US copyright claims and for notices of unlawful content from people and authorities in the EEA and the UK.
How to send a notice
Email [email protected] with the subject "DailyReport copyright notice". Include the bite (a link, or the headline and edition), the work you say is yours, what you want changed, your name and email, and a statement that you are the rightsholder or allowed to act for them and that the notice is accurate. We do not publish a street address. Email is how we receive a notice.
What we do
We aim to review a complete notice within 14 days. We may remove the bite, change it, or refuse with a short reason. We can limit access for someone who repeatedly draws valid notices.
Counter-notice
If a bite of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email the same address with the subject "DailyReport copyright counter-notice". Say which bite and why the removal was wrong. We may restore it. A notice does not, by itself, decide a court case.
Other unlawful content
Use the same address if a bite is defamatory, exposes private information, or is otherwise unlawful. A factual mistake can also go to the corrections page. See the terms.
